If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and meets the conditions outlined below. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For purchases made through authorized Braided Kings dealers or resellers, please contact them directly for their return policy, as they may differ from ours.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Period: All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the item arriving at its destination.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Return Request: Complete the Contact Form on our website, including your full name, email, order number, date of purchase, item(s) for return, and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive confirmation and detailed instructions via email.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack your item(s) in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all old labels are removed. Include the packing slip or any related paperwork inside the box.

Return Shipping:

    • Drop off the package at a UPS location or use your preferred shipping provider.
    • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping option to ensure safe delivery.

Note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, credited back to your original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Return shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
  • Peak Season Delays: Refund processing times may extend slightly during busy periods or holidays.

Damages and Issues

We understand how important it is to receive your order in perfect condition. Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of any damage or defect.

However, if your order is lost or stolen during transit, please review the following guidelines:

Lost Items: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information. If the package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, contact your local courier. While we are not liable for courier-related losses, we will assist in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.

Stolen Items: If your package is marked as “delivered” but is missing or stolen, please check with neighbors, building managers, or your local post office for more information. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages after they have been marked as “delivered.” Consider filing a theft report with your local authorities or submitting a claim with the delivery service.
