No Class Arbitrations, Class Actions, or Representative Actions

You expressly agree that any arbitration, claim, or Dispute shall be conducted solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator(s) have no authority to consolidate claims, conduct class arbitrations, or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. This prohibition is critical to ensure that Braided Kings is not subject to class or representative actions of any kind.

Severability of Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
